IN-PERSON: Dr. Dughoff has an office in downtown Hendersonville, North Carolina.
TELE-HEALTH:
While Dr. Dughoff is licensed in North Carolina, she is credentialed with PSYPACT to practice tele-psychology across most states in the U.S.. Meaning, if you live in any one of the 40 states that have joined PSYPACT, we can work together via video or phone. Visit psypact.org to see if you live in a participating state.
INSURANCE:
Dr. Dughoff does not participate in insurance plans at this time, she is an "Out of Network Provider". After paying for a session in full, Dr. Dughoff can supply a "super bill" which the client can then submit for reimbursement. Please be aware that health insurance companies require clinicians to provide them with a clinical diagnosis. Health and treatment records are typically requested by insurance companies when a client applies for life insurance and disability insurance.
GOOD FAITH ESTIMATE:
In compliance with the "No Surprises Act", all clients are eligible to receive a Good Faith Estimate upon request. For more information about the No Surprises Act and your right to a Good Faith Estimate, please visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
- $225 for a 60 minute initial intake visit
- $175 for a 45-50 minute follow-up psychotherapy session
- There is a 24 hour cancellation policy or you'll be charged $100 for the session for a late cancellation or "no show".
- Payment can be made via cash, check, credit card, Venmo
