Dr. Dughoff does not participate in insurance plans at this time, she is an "Out of Network Provider". After paying for a session in full, Dr. Dughoff can supply a "super bill" which the client can then submit for reimbursement. Please be aware that health insurance companies require clinicians to provide them with a clinical diagnosis. Health and treatment records are typically requested by insurance companies when a client applies for life insurance and disability insurance.
GOOD FAITH ESTIMATE:

- $225 for a 60 minute initial visit
- $175 for a 45-50 minute follow-up session
- There is a 24 hour cancellation policy or you'll be charged for the session
- Session packages with discounts are available (e.g. 5 session package for smoking cessation)
- Payment can be made via cash, check, credit card, Venmo
